I work for an oil servicing company in the Bakken. I agree that oil production is an environmental nightmare. Unfortunately, the process of extracting hydrocarbons from deep below ground may always be toxic. I lived in Los Angeles during the 1960's and 1970's and had to try to breathe the contaminated air resulting from combustion of hydrocarbons. Yikes! What is worse? Choose your poison pill. The Industrial Revolutionists, Corporatists and Globalists will never allow going back to horse and buggy. We must continue being vigilant and careful. Arming ourselves with knowledge and truth.
